92pkrf Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" refers to the 92pkrf website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming and betting services accessible at 92pkrf.org.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the 92pkrf Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by a Player upon successful registration with 92pkrf.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's 92pkrf account, including real-money deposits and eligible bonus credits where applicable.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or reward offered by 92pkrf to Players under specific promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by 92pkrf before processing withdrawals or at any point deemed necessary by the Platform.
• "PKR" refers to the Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency used for transactions on the 92pkrf Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 92pkrf Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including any supplementary rules, game-specific rules, bonus terms, and the 92pkrf Privacy Policy.

These Terms and Conditions supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and 92pkrf. 92pkrf reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 92pkrf Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Platform.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gaming platforms is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a 92pkrf employee or affiliated business partner.

92pkrf reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

4. Account Registration

To access the full range of 92pkrf services, Players must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• Each Player may register and maintain only one (1) active account on the 92pkrf Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under different names or contact details, is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Players are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their login credentials. You must not share your account access with any third party.
• 92pkrf reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence, including KYC verification, at any stage of the account relationship.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 92pkrf will notify Players before applying any dormancy-related administrative charges.

92pkrf reserves the right to refuse account registration to any individual without stating a reason, at its sole discretion.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

The following terms govern all financial transactions conducted through the 92pkrf Platform:

• Supported Deposit Methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 300 for wallet-based methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa). Minimum amounts for bank transfer methods may vary and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are only available to Players who have successfully completed KYC identity verification. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used.
• Withdrawal Processing: 92pkrf aims to process withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within 24 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. These timelines are targets and not guarantees.
• Bonus Funds: Funds derived from bonus credits are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Real-money funds deposited by the Player are not subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise stated in specific promotional terms.
• Transaction Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly transaction limits may apply and are displayed in the Player's account settings. 92pkrf reserves the right to modify limits with reasonable notice.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

92pkrf offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific conditions communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. 92pkrf reserves the right to determine eligibility at its discretion.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion. Expired bonus funds are automatically forfeited.
• Only one bonus may be active per Player account at any given time, unless 92pkrf expressly states otherwise.
• Attempting to exploit, manipulate, or abuse any bonus or promotional offer — including through multiple account registration, collusion, or fraudulent deposit patterns — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and may result in permanent account closure.
• 92pkrf reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting products available on 92pkrf — including cricket betting, live casino, slots, Money Wheel, and Diamond Tycoon — are subject to the following general rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 92pkrf does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed, except where explicitly permitted by the applicable game or event rules.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. Current limits are displayed within each game or betting interface.
• In the event of a technical failure during gameplay, 92pkrf will apply its published technical fault policy to determine the resolution. Game round results that were not fully completed due to a fault may be voided.
• 92pkrf uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games. The outcome of all games is governed by these mechanisms and is not manipulated by 92pkrf.
• Cricket betting markets, including PSL fixtures, are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant cricket governing body. 92pkrf's decision on settlement is final.
• 92pkrf reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds due to a manifest error, regardless of whether the bet was accepted by the system.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 92pkrf Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or through third parties.
• Providing false or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner that circumvents normal gameplay.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities — whether discovered accidentally or deliberately — to gain an advantage. Players who discover such issues are obligated to report them to 92pkrf support immediately.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 92pkrf staff or other Players.
• Attempting to access another Player's account without authorisation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 92pkrf Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, text, user interface design, and branding — is the intellectual property of 92pkrf or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, or redistributing any Platform content without express written consent from 92pkrf.
• Modifying, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works based on the Platform or any of its components.
• Using 92pkrf branding, trademarks, or logos in any context outside the Platform without prior written authorisation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92pkrf's liability to any Player is limited as follows:

• 92pkrf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, arising from a Player's use of the Platform.
• 92pkrf does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability.
• 92pkrf shall not be liable for losses arising from a Player's failure to secure their account credentials or from unauthorised access to their account where such access resulted from the Player's own negligence.
• 92pkrf's total liability to any individual Player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 92pkrf's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Privacy & Data

92pkrf collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices at 92pkrf include:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used solely for account management, legal compliance, and fraud prevention purposes.
• Financial transaction data is retained in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and financial record-keeping requirements.
• 92pkrf does not sell Player personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.
• Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data in accordance with the 92pkrf Privacy Policy.

12. Responsible Gaming

92pkrf is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time via account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session duration alerts to manage their time spent on the Platform.
• Loss Limits: Players may configure loss limits to restrict the maximum amount they can lose within a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent self-exclusion. During self-exclusion, the Player's account will be suspended and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding Players of the time spent and amount wagered during their session.

13. Amendments to Terms

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of the changes.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which 92pkrf operates.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and 92pkrf, the following resolution process applies:

1. First Contact: Players should raise any dispute directly with 92pkrf's customer support team in the first instance, providing full details of the issue. The support team will aim to resolve all queries within 5 business days.
2. Formal Complaint: If the initial response does not resolve the matter, the Player may escalate to a formal written complaint addressed to the 92pkrf complaints management team at [email protected].
3. Final Resolution: 92pkrf will provide a final written response within 30 days of receiving a formal complaint. 92pkrf's decision on all gaming and betting outcomes is final and binding.

The English language version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail in the event of any conflict with a translated version.
